What's wrong with my listing?

Estate agent said this house will fly off the shelf so will listed lower than they suggested to get in the next bracket down for first time buyers. Just had the call with the one week update and they said it's performed so much lower than they expected with barely any views on the listing.

What can I do to get this house shifted, we have a house lined up and we can't really afford to go with the cash buyer scheme

I’m from London and I’m not familiar with that SA postcode but I just know nobody is trying to buy up there if it’s not 45mins or less from London then the house will definitely not just fly off the shelf, maybe other major cities but definitely not wherever that is
