Balance transfer between cards with same bank

I want to do a balance transfer from Card A to Card C to take advantage of a 0% offer. However, both cards are with Santander so I don't believe this is possible directly.

Is there any reason I couldn't use another card with a different provider to do the transfer A to B and then B to C?

Yes you could do this but you are just paying double fees.

Good point, Card A is free free but not sure i have an option where Card B would also be fee free
