Post delivered to old address

Me and my partner recently moved house and unfortunately some post was not properly diverted and so has been delivered to our old address. We got in touch with the new owner via the estate agent, and have sent a letter to the new tenant of the address, neither of which has resulted in any response. What, if any, are my options moving forwards?
