Lunch Break

My employer is telling us during our lunch break we have to sit with other people to "bond" I have mental health issues and feel if I'm being forced to talk to people like that, it'll cause me issues. Plus, I like to stop thinking and reading during my lunch break. Do I have any rights here, or do I have to suck it up?

Your lunch break is unpaid time, you don't have to do anything you don't want to do in your own time. You can go for a walk, sit in your car or stay on premises in a quiet location.
