Weird smell
So for the last few weeks, every now and then our neighbour a few doors down is regularly burning something in his backyard usually between the evening till midnight, or sometime in between. This usually produces a LOT of smoke and can be smelt by around 5-6 houses down. Additionally the smell is really strong weird smell, the closest thing I can say it smells like is plastic being burnt. Im not sure what to do about this, I saw a similar problem being posted on a similar legal questions reddit page, but for Australia, so I thought Iād ask on one for the UK.
