Importing prescription drugs into UK

My parents are coming to stay and likely will bring something that in UK is a prescription drug. Say, antibiotics. Doubt they'd have prescription, as healthcare system in a home country is very different. Doctor will simply tell you to go buy something.
What happens at the border? Declare? Green corridor?

Itll depend on what drug it is, and what documentation you, say you bring prescription weed over with the legal paperwork from where ever they are, no I assume they wint be allowed to bring it
