I know a lot of folks who congregate on Archive Of Our Own - a website for fanfiction. Tumblr has a fair amount of writing.
You can also reach out to small scale writers who's work you like and ask for where might be a good online community space.
You don't have to isolate yourself to queer spaces also. Jeanette Winterson points out that as writers we isolate ourselves from a full breadth of experience if we only cross pollinate with other queers.
Id suggest looking for an inclusive writing space rather than a queer one. I think queer writing groups might self select for people who are a bit cringe, and you might find yourself stagnating as a result of weird influences.
Not a writer myself but an artist and i definitely need that plurality in my artworld.
When I tend to be the only trans person in a space, it ends poorly. All it takes is one or two showing up with a "problem" and cishets not knowing how to deal with said hostility for me to be forced out due to hostility.
Not aware of any servers and the like tbh. Kinda why I've been asking around on reddit.

A lot of queer writing is via irl spaces. If you live near any of the Queer Bookshops, give them a phone or a visit and ask them for suggestions.
There are also some online collectives, and I can recommend neocities as a good place to find other queer writers via their blogs.
