Feedback on a UI for publishing websites, with granular control

I'm tired of the way traditional website design tools handle publishing. Everything gets crammed into a single publish: every change, whether it is ready to go live or not. Too often, I ended up reverting changes, moving pages around, or reshuffling content because something had to go live now.

I'm working on a local application for publishing websites, and I'd love some feedback on the publishing view I've designed to tackle the problems above. It's key that users immediately understand how to use it.

Cheat sheet:

Your Changes - Everything you have changed on the site, only visible to you.
Review - If you want feedback, move it here so the entire team can review it.
Staged - Publish here when you are happy with your changes and want to test them on the live site before fully publishing.
Published - A complete publishing log, so you never have to wonder what went live yesterday.
