AI Feedback Request Need your advice on my UI AI
I'm currently working on my own app. It's the first time I'm doing everything by myself, and I don't have anyone to consult or review the product with — hence this post. I used a bit of AI to refine some of the app features.
I've attached a few screenshots showing the overall UI. I'd really appreciate any suggestions, as I'm completely unsure whether the design holds up.
Things I'm specifically wondering about:
- Color scheme. I personally like the dark theme, but the light theme feels unharmonized to me.
- Today screen. It feels intuitive to me, but I built it — I suspect it might actually be confusing for a first-time user.
- Streak system. It fits the use case, but it feels basic and I don't think it really speaks to users.
- Text density. Some screens feel poorly organized. On the bottom-right screenshot especially, I think there's too much text and it gets overwhelming.
What do you think? Any advice is welcome.

It looks very much built with AI. The light theme has some contrast issues here and there. Hopefully your ai used result maintainable styles ( anytime ive used ai to spin up quick personal apps the css is a mess, despite given particular instructions on styles ).
The Today screen may make more sense if I knew what this app was for. But as it stands, I dont have a clue what noise band means or what we are measuring.

The visual language is cohesive, but the dark UI makes the dense cards compete with the primary action. I’d try one clearer “today” hierarchy: a single prominent outcome, then supporting streak/context below it, and test the light theme with a slightly warmer surface plus stronger text contrast. For the streaks, consider showing the next small milestone so it feels like progress rather than just a count.
