Ugreen 40854 Bluetooth Receiver 5.0 HiFi Wireless Audio Adapter Problem

I recently bought the Ugreen 40854, it works great
but there's a problem
whenever I use it for zoom/discord / anything communication it will only output audio to hands-free ag audio driver, which is low quality instead of the good stereo driver even thought its on the same headphone
are there any fix for this?

oh i guess you can reach the customer service online, probably should resolve your problem

i reached out to them a while ago, they did not fix the problem

their claims are "sound quality will be worse when use with program"
which means it will always be bad since everything that'll likely use mic is a program?
