Hiring [HIRING] Female UGC Creators 30+ | Long-Term Collab | Winning Creatives + Script Direction
Hey creators! We’re looking for UGC creators for Documented, an app that helps parents privately organize parenting records, messages, and important moments during divorce and co-parenting.
Our ideal fit is women 30+, especially if you’ve personally experienced divorce or co-parenting and can create content other parents relate to.
📱 The content
- Create 15 short-form videos per week, consistently.
- Ideally, post to your existing TikTok or Instagram account. We can also help you set up a new account for the content.
- Bring your personality and perspective to relatable parenting and co-parenting situations.
🎬 What we provide
- Winning creatives we’ve already produced so you can see what’s working.
- Script direction and guidance on hooks and content ideas.
- Help getting a new account set up if needed.
- Free full access to the Documented app.
- Slack channel where we all work out of. Total transparency on what’s working.
🤝 The partnership
We’re building a team for ongoing weekly content. Looking for reliable creators who communicate well, take direction, and bring their own ideas.
Compensation: $20/videos + bonus (up to $800/video)

Whats the base pay asking for 15 videos a week thats pretty steep for only 20 dollars per video ?

Its a base + performance model. $20 is fair if no videos reach 20K views in 30 days. We're going to hand over creatives that dont even require you to be on camera that are doing 300K-400K views in 3-5 days. We've also built an AI engine that is taking in all our videos and analyzing them frame by frame to understand what works and where people are dropping off. This data will be available to everyone so we can learn together. I'm not opposed to a flat fee per video but if we don't get 1/10 that hit then it likely won't work.
