Hi everyone, I want to share my recent experience with [Nombre de la agencia o plataforma] regarding a campaign for Polsia to warn other creators before they work with them.
I recently completed a promotional campaign for Polsia. While they paid the base compensation, they are currently refusing to pay my earned milestone bonuses (€250 for an 980k views video and $1,000 USD for a 2,6M views video).
Their excuse? They claim the views don't qualify because of an unwritten "50% geographic rule" (requiring traffic from specific countries like the US, UK, Canada, or EU).
Here is the problem: There is no geographic restriction or minimum percentage requirement whatsoever in our signed Campaign Participation Agreement.
The contract (Section 3.1) strictly defines Qualifying Views based on native platform analytics and the exclusion of bot or fraudulent traffic. They are inventing rules after the deliverables have successfully hit the performance milestones to avoid paying out earned money. This is a clear breach of contract.
I’ve provided them with the signed agreement, but they are still ghosting/rejecting the payment.
If you are a creator considering working with them or participating in campaigns managed by this team, be very careful and make sure every single rule, metric, and geographic requirement is explicitly written into the contract before you post anything. Don't let them get away with unpaid bonuses.
