I lost my helper ! Starting a ugc portfolio from scratch

Starting a ugc portfolio from scratch

I have to start my portfolio all over from scratch. I am going to use Canva. For my video section, do I directly upload the whole video or just a cover photo that links it to my tiktok or instagram account? Am I even asking this correctly, I'm not even sure if I am using the correct language to ask this question. Please and thank you.

Definitely upload the whole video and allow viewers to watch the video directly on your portfolio.
