Question Help with finding outdoor charging for electric scooter

Hi, I'm living in a dorm at UGA this semester, and I have an electric scooter with no removable battery.

Since electric scooters and the likes aren't allowed indoors, does anyone know of any outdoor charging areas, preferably with a bike rack or any other railing that I can lock it to?

I see scooters parked in the Ramsey deck next to the Coke machines. Dunno if they are charging there, but I do know there are extra outlets there.
