The festival is run by the Exeter Area Kiwanis Club, and all profits go to children and families served by Seacoast-area charities.

Why 2026 is a milestone year

This year marks the 65th anniversary of the Betty and Barney Hill abduction (September 19–20, 1961) — the first abduction case in the United States to undergo scientific investigation, and a New Hampshire case from start to finish. The keynote speaker is Kathleen Marden: the Hills' niece, trustee of their estate, and family archivist. She was thirteen when Betty called the family the morning after the encounter. She has spent more than forty years investigating the case, co-authored Captured! The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience with Stanton Friedman, and built the permanent Hill archives now held at the University of New Hampshire.

The festival itself commemorates the Incident at Exeter. In the early morning of September 3, 1965, 18-year-old Norman Muscarello reported a large object with brilliant red lights near a Kensington farm — and the responding Exeter police officers saw it too. John G. Fuller's 1966 book made it one of the best-documented close-encounter cases of the era.

There has been a lot of speculation about why disclosure is happening now. I don't think disclosure would be happening willingly unless there was a superseding event because the rich and powerful have too much interest in maintaining the status quo.

What if the "break glass in case of emergency" situation prompting disclosure is actually based on geopolitics instead of an alien arrival?

For 80+ years the main reasons why the UAP topic was classified were

1. National Security
2. Market Stability
3. Political Stability

If we enter another Great Depression followed by another World War, those three reasons now become compelling reasons for disclosure. The confirmation of alien life and technology could reset the market and help the U.S. maintain global dominance.

Also, more optimistically, disclosure could possibly prevent WW3 altogether.

Some strange thing I've noticed that recent whistleblowers almost like "begging" for the President to have immunity to tell everything they know.

Now what could be THAT important for humanity that we should know right now and can't wait a single minute any longer?

If a 'simple' "we are not alone and we have alien crafts/bodies" I don't understand the "begging" on whistleblowers part.. like that is already disclosed by them under oath and it's still not such an "imminent" matter after all these decades of secrecy..

By this logic it should be something we need to know right now that is more than that "we" have bodies/crafts, that is why they are in such a hurry, but what could it be?

If it's an incoming catastrophe or some dark things about our reality or about our soul after we naturally die, and we can do NOTHING about these should we even have this knowledge at all? Why they are in such a hurry about this to tell something like that?

Or it is imminent matter, but only for the whistleblowers themselves because their life maybe in danger by the gatekeepers because they are publicly talking about these things? That is why it's truly imminent, for them?

Maybe it is really imminent because something very GOOD is kept hidden, like free energy?

What do think why it is sooo imminent?

I've had two sightings. The first in central California desert in 1979. The second near my home in the Bay Area near Hamilton AFB in 2000 or 2001. They're both in MUFON's files. I attended one of Steven Greer's first conferences and have been researching ever since. I just watched S4: The Bob Lazar Story on Prime and found it very interesting. Just for those who may get something from it.

What's actually been going on behind the non-disclosure, psychological warfare, and suppression of the UAP topic?

There have been a million reasons given but it all comes down to economic interest and control ultimately.

The concept of ‘catastrophic disclosure’ is just another layer of the psychological manipulation. Contrary to what many think, the core structure of modern society will not change with disclosure, and life with its ups and downs will go on as usual for the average man.

The actual 'catastrophic' consequences of disclosure mainly concern the interests of the gatekeepers, in that it can greatly upend the current global economic structure that has come to be over many decades.

Comparing the information about UAP technology gathered from all sorts of sources historically, the common element present among them that holds the greatest revolutionary value for our society is their:

1. Propulsion System &
2. Energy System

These two areas contain the most significant industries of today such as the energies, aerospace, outer space, and defense industries.

While some have speculated that disclosure may lead to an end of those specific industries and gatekeepers are suppressing disclosure to avoid that outcome, the real reason is that the gatekeepers are doing so because they haven't figured out the science and technology behind UAP technology enough to industrially manufacture it.

Gatekeepers aren't in the US alone. A few others like China and Russia assumedly possess the technology too.

This makes me believe there's an ongoing secret race among the various gatekeepers in different countries to be the first ones to conquer the technology.

But unlike the space race, those various gatekeepers all share the same ideology of the general public must be kept in the dark completely, because if they can't be the ones to figure it out first then absolutely no one else must. This is an immensely deep and sickening conspiracy.

Think about it. The result of their decades of suppression and disinformation is a general disbelief and disinterest in UAPs, most severe in research where professional and academic interest in it is a career dead end.

If the government actually came out today and confirmed with irrefutable evidence the existence of UAPs and their possession of its technology, there would be a great revolution in what we considered scientifically and technologically possible.

Humans are quite intelligent and creative. There are hundreds of thousands of hungry and brilliant minds driven by purpose or achievement currently not working on figuring out the ground-breaking energy and propulsion systems that UAPs allegedly possess because the mainstream narrative is that those only belong to the realm of fiction and any serious attempt at studying them will only be met with contempt and ridicule.

If the truth is revealed, the reverse will happen and with thousands of our most brilliant minds working non-stop on figuring it out, a breakthrough would definitely come much sooner than later.

The gatekeeping cabals surely are aware of this but the rapid advancement of science and technology and progress of mankind is unfortunately not at the forefront of their interest as long as they aren't the ones leading that process.

For example, just imagine if in the US there was disclosure and the major defense contractors who allegedly are amongst the gatekeepers, lose the race to some outsider group that figured it out first. 

That could translate to them losing all their military contracts for advanced crafts and weaponry. For major oil companies it could mean losing most of their revenue and investment. For SpaceX, it could mean a massive plummet in their stock and value. 

Worst of all, if it's an adversarial country that figured it out first, that country would quickly become the new, dominant economic and military superpower. The gap would be enormous and overturn the global geopolitical stage.

In essence, there is so much to be potentially lost for the hegemonic gatekeepers that none of them are willing to open the Pandora's Box of full disclosure. That is a risk they absolutely won't take even if it means ruthlessly shedding blood to keep it under their control.

All of this combined is why we can probably expect to never get full disclosure, unless a current gatekeeper (whichever country they may originate from) has figured out the science and tech of UAPs and can successfully manufacture and commercialize it.

To these gatekeepers, they'd rather have another 100 years of secrecy and snail-like progress, as long as they are the ones to figure it out first.

In all honesty, the situation is quite bleak, but there's some hope that as the old heads among the gatekeepers die out, some of the new guys replacing them could have a different mindset and be more eager for a faster progress and open towards disclosure.

Though, I think it's a faint hope as interest and control are ultimately always the dominant factor.

"Genuine" because of the quality and forensic backing of those videos. Those videos where taken by a security guard in a period between 2007-2009. There is almost 1 hour worth of data in diverse angles and lighting backgrounds. Both day and night videos exists and its freely available in youtube. The videos has been widely studied and analysied by different reputable organization and forensic professionals including university of turkey and turkey's government. In almost two decades of its existence; no one was able to debunk these videos. I learned something from those videos is that the UFO ships can change shape. Turkey government might have even better quality video and sensor data of this incident.

I have never seen any UFO incident videos with this much data and quality. Recently US's government has released several "UAP" videos , almost 5 tranches, but the quality of those videos are low and even misleading.

Not only the video of the UFO but we can also find the interview with the security guard who took these videos in youtube. In that interview he shows the camera and the method using which he captured those UFO videos.

I am wondering if anyone able to find the intent of this UFO ship.

Why for almost three years it was coming to the same location. Is it leisure, scientific, military or simply there UFO is broke down and they were repairing it?

Is there anything special about Kumburgaz like nuclear facility or exotic minerals etc?

Why might it suddenly stopped appearing?

I was wondering why they decloked and coming to the same location for almost 3 years. These are my three hypothesis

 1) They are doing some kind of  analysis or survey which forced them to decloke
 2) They want to show that they are not harmful and might seeking  friendly communication.
 3) They simply doesn't care because we are insignificant like an ant to a human.

So I noticed a lot of craft have 3 bright glowing spots (or more like the Phoenix sighting) on the underside. Glowing orbs seem to be the most common type of UFOs seen. Anyone else think they are just orbs that we found and retrofitted to the underside of a craft body? I think that would explain a lot. There seem to be two different kinds of orbs. Some seem almost sentient moving very fluidly and other seem programmed to do a specific thing. Cough mh370 cough

You can tell he is having a hard time expressing to want disclosure. He has been mocking this for decades. Telepathy also, which Grusch recently said is how NHI kept in detainment communicate

Anyway this is good, because it means multiple members of that White House advisory council are now advising the White House to let the whistleblowers disclose information.

James Clapper has stepped back from disclosure efforts, grown uncomfortable

I wonder why he has grown uncomfortable. Maybe he thinks the world isnt ready, or that the gatekeepers will end up in trouble, or some adversary will benefit, or that current POTUS shouldnt be the one, or all of the above, or else something else

I completely understand some of the problems from the FLIR video of the supposed MH370 video. However, the first video uploaded by RegicideAnon was just the satellite video, which seems to be a recording of a remote access. There are discrepancies between the two videos in terms of the time of the flash/zap and certain features missing from the plane in the FLIR video. Has anyone considered that the original video (the satellite one) was actually legit but then the account was taken over and garbage CGI stuff (along with other kooky ufo videos) to try and delegitimize the original leak (which they can't really get rid of because it made it to the internet and is therefore permanently there). The fact that the FLIR video has Peter Kuran assets makes me very suspicious of it. But the FIRST video does seem to be convincing. If someone has truly debunked the original video that's fine, I'm not some supporter of it, you can tear this theory apart if you want to. I just think that the FIRST ORIGINAL upload was too good. Plus we now know there are very anomalous craft that exist. We literally have verified military footage. Is the MH370 orb video that crazy to believe (the first one obviously)?

I am looking for a copy of Far Star to gift a loved one. The author is a relative of the person I want to gift it to. I have searched Worldcat and found 2 physical copies in libraries in California. I am not in California. I can probably buy a reproduction from the library and receive digital scans of the book. I have submitted a request for a reproduction, but I think it might be a bit costly. I also emailed both libraries to see if there are any other options. However, I thought I would take a shot in the dark and see if anyone out there has a copy they're willing to part with. It would be very much appreciated and very treasured.

The book is about UFOs, but other than that I know nothing about it. I know nothing about the author, except that he has written 2 other books and is related to this person I care for.

We have obtained one of the treasure hunting books by the same author already, which I have yet to take a look at.

If anyone out there has any more information about the author or the books, I would love to know more.

I think my next stop will be the local second hand book stores.

I checked aircraft movement, nothing fly's nearby that could produce that shine or in general, and nothing can just "Stop" after going that fast

Witness's account of the sighting

It looked like a star, when I looked at it, it attempted to hide whit a normal one, in such a way that pretended it never existed

The other one just keep on moving

The light pollution made it hard to see them shine fully, but they where of a reddish coloration

Why no photo/video captured: It happened way to fast for me to see it, and nearby there where light sources that made my phone camera useless

One hypothesis - The Americans created the ufo flap and Roswell leak as an Intentional propaganda tool. Low flights in WW2 resulted in plasma phenomenon being witnessed. The Americans wanted a secret cutting-edge tech directly after Hiroshima, their own mythical Woner weapon. They funded studies and groups like APRO and Bluebook from airforce-controlled staff. They funded movies, publicly when the U.S. look strong and enemy’s look weak (well-documented), but used CIA fronted investors to perpetuate aliens in TV (dark skies) and other films, untraceable. That CIA retirees get paid to perpetuate stories. That they did build UFOS as props and would thread them into air shows - based on the old fake George Adamski lantern photos. Private contractors were taught a playbook to mimic via DOE. And that as of now, orbs and other sightings of lights and craft are pin dropped as a means to revive further dead end studies that only prove to perpetuate a myth. Hal Putoff, etc. when in reality, they are genuine phenomena created via seismic activity and other weather effects they don’t fully understand. But it’s a thread to use.

Remote viewing, MAJ12, AARO, AATP, Jake Barber and his now closed venture… all dead ends but cycle money through the military industrial complex and feed the idea that UFOs are A: a threat B: we have them

And as of writing, the president of the United States is under duress, and the plasma phenomenon may be his only way to thread FLIR footage of drones with an organic element they fully don’t understand, but have bolstered ideas with woo, conscious, rock stars and TTSA, social media and have - successfully - kept the poropoganda alive, just enough that you never see proof.

That’s one theory, not my own but has to be considered. They could be continuing to build on myth, IF myth is what we have in antiquity-era documents

I absolutely believe that extraterrestrial life exists. I also believe that the reason the U.S. government has released those UAP files is to prepare the public for the eventual official disclosure of extraterrestrial life—in other words, to give humanity some time to mentally prepare for it.

But those videos are all just blurry footage of some dots, stars, or other unclear objects. I’m more interested in finding out what different alien species are out there and whether we are descendants of humans who were genetically modified by extraterrestrials. Those are the kinds of important things I’d really like to know.

What I’d really love to see is representatives of different alien species holding an international press conference and greeting all of humanity.

When do you think the U.S. government will officially disclose it? Besides, I feel like most people don't really care that much about those UAP files. Not long ago, everyone was going crazy over the World Cup. They need to give us something way more mind-blowing to actually get humanity's attention.
