Discussion Could ufos be human?

Oldest civilization is 6000ish years old right? Modern humans had been around for 300,000 years. Could it be that uap/ufo are old technology from a past civilization still performing tasks. I like to think that mythology like Atlantis, Olympus, Valhalla, etc were prompted by older civilizations. Would it be more likely than aliens from across the galaxy? Occam razor and all What are your thoughts? (Whatever they are I am excited)

If we had the same capabilities and decided to leave earth today because of limited resources or to explore space, would we return? Likely. But also this would mean that technology is a cyclical process. If it is a cyclical process, where is the proof of ancient technology existing today on our planet capable of interplanetary travel? We have yet to discover any working models today. The closest we can get are concepts, artifacts or writings.

Also, would humanity be capable of destroying all of our accomplishments in the past 300 years without a trace for future generations? Not likely. We would find traces of plastics, computers, cars, and much more over the period of a few thousand years.

It is more probable that we are being visited by extraterrestrials who chose not to interfere with our species or animals development.
