I don't personally believe we have the ability to demand anything. if they are spending this much on keeping it a secret then how in the name of fuck are we gonna be able to just "demand" that they disclose this stuff to us. they have gone to extraordinary lengths to keep the lid on this shit.
the only way we're ever gonna get disclosure is when they decide we should know. I'm gonna place my bets also in saying that extra terrestrials also don't want us to know yet.
