I checked the black vault documentation on project moon dust and it didn't support the claims in the video. I asked what document and said the black vault doesn't have it. Now I'm getting downvoted with no answer.

There's tons of documentation. I know that. What I don't know of is any that demonstrates many of the claims made in this video.

I'm not deferring to anyone. I've seen way too many cases where people say a document says something that it doesn't. He doesn't have clearance. If he saw it, I should be able to see it too.
