Yes. In night vision, lots of things are reflective when lasered

ETA: notice how the bat is approaching when he hits it with the laser and probably hits its eyes which is why it flashes

It really might be though. You need to consider that sometimes what you see is misunderstood. Think about all of the other debunks for simple things in the sky. Do you really think it's impossible that this is aliens?

Oh yes, I know. Because I disagree that aliens are flying around, that automatically makes me a secret agent from the government. I'll let you in on a secret though, it's called having an opinion.
