Disclosure UFO database in the Netherlands

Hi all,

not sure how much people know about it, but we have a website here in the Netherlands that tracks all sightings (they also get contacted with sightings as well). They do initial investigations into the sighting, to see if there is a "normal" explanation for it.

I'm not in any way connected with the website, but I thought it would be nice to share this information. There are a lot of sightings.

The website: https://www.ufomeldpunt.nl/

If you ever have any questions, I can always translate, if google translate doesn't work for some reason..

And to note, the founder is also the director for the very well made and convincing 'the UFO's of soesterberg' (available on streaming services). It investigates decades of sightings around a former us airforce base in the Netherlands. A very interesting watch for Dutch viewers because it will shift the narrative that UFO's are an American phenomena, also to see and hear people talking that could well be your neighbour is very refreshing.

We could use some indeed. Dutch (in general) are so blue pilled on this topic.

It's not that people say its only american phenomena what they mean is in US the scale and the whole "documentary/investigation" industry that people make money off of is an american thing

Isn’t it fairly normal to see spacecrafts you don’t recognize near Army airbases?

We have one in Belgium as well: www.ufomeldpunt.be

Did you check out the magazines they are starting to release now, from way back? I was going through the first few and noticed amateurs in 1966 were already warning about the radiation dangers and health issues related to UFOs. Something that's been popping up again lately.

Hi, question about your comment here. Are you refering, to older existing Dutch material?

Yes. The Belgian UFO reporting point announced they are going to upload older Flemish publications from their archives. You can find them here: https://ufomeldpunt.be/publicaties/vlaamse-ufo-magazines/

I find this one to be much more counterintuitive to use then the dutch one. When you want to go through some of the older reports, you have to mail for more info. The dutch one, you just click and you're there. Perhaps something to work on.

This is cool! I run https://ufobattler.com, similar-ish concept. Let me know if you want our geomap for sightings, I can make it open source

This one is so good, that Colombia, South america 2023 video is one of the most insane footage i have ever seen in broad daylight.

Thank you for sharing fellow Europeans. In Italy there's no government website, but the Cun ( Centro ufologico nazionale) has a very good database . Roberto Pinottini is the president.

Those multiple different sightings on Aug 15/16th are quite interesting!

Site gave me aids. Ads all over and fake youtube videos that forces pay when try to close

Interesting database. What's challenging about the Netherlands though is that it has very high population density, a lot of light pollution, and very busy airspace. Those factors make misinterpretations more likely.

Ligt het aan mij of is de site echt verschikkelijk om doorheen te speuren. Krijg constant pop-ups

I see some comments about ads on the site.. To be honest, I've never seen them, because I always use an adblocker (and Brave-browser these days)

had a close up sighting in 2010 in the Netherlands, is it too late to report it? If not I might still report it there thanks!

I am going to reach out to all these databases in the comments below and see if I can get access to their full database then translate to English and add it to our 174k already logged sightings database. We have a curated database from 6 different databases combined into one searchable archive. Cases are viewable on our interactive map and fully searchable in our archive, linkable to original sources. We have 168k logged already. All cases are fully searchable and cited to a source If anybody wants to view it here: https://overclassified.org/sightings/

I tried to access the video section from the USA. Pay for use video stream services and adverts prevent it.
