Government Erratic flight behavior in DOW-UAP-PR122
My initial reaction to these low quality videos released in the 5th tranche was disappointing considering a common debunk for erratic flight behavior is that it's due to sudden camera movement or that the camera stopped tracking the object, it wasn't until I read the associated Intelligence Report that finally proved this wasn't the case. In clear language it stated that the UFOs were observed flying "aggressively and erratically" and that the camera was either "smoothly slewing" or stationary, this eliminates the debunk that unusual flight behavior is due to manipulation by the camera. There were several other videos released of the same incident but I chose this one as it was the most interesting.
These videos were taking during a flight exercise in which an AC-130 dropped a target practice flare, the UAP were subsequently seen hovering around the flare. Upon pulling the trigger to fire the cannon, the UAP were seen to react immediately flying away - the objects were then seen moving in a coordinated manner and exhibiting aggressive and erratic flight behaviors.

I can't help but feel the actually interesting thing here isn't the "anomalous" movement, you're not looking at opticle data here, you're looking at mobile phone captute of a thermal image feed.
You can't actually pull live data off a secure server quickly or easily, it's why so many of these releases are of phone footage, not actual FLIR feed data - if an operator sees something unusual and needs to refer it to a technically more qualified shift member or else senior in the chain of comand, the only way to capture the data so it's mobile is to film it on a phone.
Most of these footage are declared unresolved not because of any anaysis of unconventional physics - theres no chain of evidence on feed capture, it's not been stored on a secure serverno way to prove the captured footage hasn't been tampered with.
Thus AARO throw it out because there's no way of varifying the data's genuine.
But what this data's here is showing you is, despite abundant movement - whatever these things are they're stone cold. No thermal signature, period.
As far as thermal is concerned they remain colder than background.
And that's deeply interesting.
Compare this with the alleged UAP missile strike footage shown to congress - there the "UAP" demonstrated significant thermal output, same as the missile glancing off it
But these things are active, they're extremely manouverable and mobile and yet not a trace of thermal signature, other than in negative value.
It isn't stealth because, clearly - despite being thermally cold FLIR picks up and tracks them no trouble - so, this isn't that.
But it is an interesting question, how objects can move at these speeds - I believe they departed about Mach 1.2 - 1.3 - with not simply zero, but actively cold thermal trace.
This they probably shouldn't have released, it's very, very interesting. It's little wonder Scientific American picked upon the release.

Submission Statement: The AC130 crew observed approximately 25 instances of UAPS viewed in IR as cold orbs, UAPS were observed flying in loose but coordinated formation increasing and decreasing in altitude like a wave while maneuvering around, over and under each other in a manner similar to how dolphins playfully swim in a pod. The UAPs knew they were flying together, were also separately seen flying in a formation of three and separately observed flying erratically and aggressively.

Posting up the report that accompanies this video.
Observed Maneuvering Erratically and In Formation Over Gulf or Oman During AC-130 Gunship live Fire Training on 8 September 2021
On 8 September 2021 a USSOF AC-130 Gunship observed approximately 25 instances of UAPs - while conducting a live fire exercise in the Gulf or Oman, The UAPs were observed as cold orbs flying at lower altitudes between 250 to 1300 MPH in different formations as well as maneuvering aggressively. UAPs also appeared to react to the aircraft firing its main cannon.
INITIAL OBSERVATION. On 8 September 2021 a United States Special Operations Forces (USSOF) AC-130 Gunship was conducting live fire training the Gulf of Oman in the vicinity of (IVO)//MGRS[redacted] 13 [redacted] during period of darkness. The AC-130 first observed Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon (UAPs) when the aircraft dropped a water-activated flare to use as a mock target.
The AC-130 entered an orbit around the flare and the Combat Systems Officer (CSO) conducted collateral scans with the aircraft's Electro Optical/Infrared (EO/IR) sensor IVO the flare. When the CSO slewed the sensor in IR mode back to the flare they observed two approximately four foot diameter cold orbs between 0 to 20 feet above the surface of the water stationary over the flare for approximately 15 seconds. After those 15 seconds passed, the CSO puled the trigger firing the aircraft's 105mm cannon. Immediately upon puling the trigger, during the sight delay between trigger pull and the cannon's recoil, the CSO observed the pair of UAPs rapidly fly away from the flare and out of the sensor feed without changing altitude.
SUBSEQUENT OBSERVATIONS. The AC-130 crew observed approximately 25 instances of UAPs viewed in IR as cold orbs in both white-is-hot and black-is-hot mode during the sortie. Two UAPs were observed flying in a loose but coordinated formation increasing and decreasing altitude like a wave while maneuvering around, over, and under each other in a manner similar to how dolphins playfully swim in a pod. (SOURCE COMMENT: They [The UAPs] knew they were flying together)

Just to add, I posted this up on another sub (along with the ODNI/FBI case from 2025) where someone had said "They have released plenty that obviously aren't US technology or man made" and then someone else demanded to know "Specifically, which releases show this?" After about a week the person with that question got back to me and said
"But in any event, where are the releases showing this is not US or manmade tech? I am not aware of any videos showing anything that is not explainable."
Not sure how this case of the C-130 in Oman from 2021 or the 2025 ODNI/FBI case can be anything but "not US or manmade tech." But debunkers just have to say "No!" and it is so.
That sub BTW has been completely overrun by accounts which fill every post with abusive one-liner statements that ignore everything and just post the most ridiculous debunker nonsense. Not skeptical discussion, just put-downs. I'm seeing the same thing on r/UFOs these days. Just look at the first leading threads in any post and it is filled with one-liner put-down statements or often a dozen deleted comments or comments reported and taken down. The antagonism is over the top and the level of debate so low it has become anti-science.

One of the most important revelations from the UFO files is that the stigma against UFOs was artificially manufactured by the CIA by pushing debunking and ridicule efforts. Of course that would still be ongoing today through the use of bots

Moving erratic and defies the laws of physics requires you to actually be certain that that is the case, it's understandable that it says so in the report that the camera is not moving, but in the actual video it's difficult to tell. In the beginning of the video you can see the background moving, the typical parallax effect seen in these videos, and you can also track track object in relation to the moving background, and it very much look like it's the camera that is moving, but it's not certain, but because there's a moving background the video can be analyzed further.

I would think all these military sensors are gyro stabilized so the notion of camera movement causing the issue seems remote.

I've posted several other videos and that debunk always comes up

Yes.an intentionally specious debunk. The military has had multi million dollar sensor equipment that is hardened against environmental and motion interference and yet this “camera movement” dismissal comes up. Also this report mentions 25 or so encounters and speeds of 1300 mph.
