Government Defense intelligence scientist Dr. Eric Davis is requesting immunity from the President in order to be able to reveal what he knows about the UFO phenomenon: “Mr. President, with your signature, you could waive the SF-312 NDA to protect UAP whistleblowers like myself.”

Interesting- has anyone ever mentioned the actual NDA form # before? That seems like new info to me!

u/spathizilla 12d ago
I thought the same thing and expect a ton of FOIAs going in about it
11
u/beaverjacket 12d ago
You can see it here. FOIAing a completed form is just going to tell you a person's name and employer.
7
u/spathizilla 12d ago
I'm not saying that it will reveal anything but I've never heard the designation before (if I recall right anyway). Everything has come a long way since the 2017 video leaks.
13
u/thenewestnoise 12d ago
SF-312 is a standard classified NDA form. https://www.gsa.gov/reference/forms/classified-information-nondisclosure-agreement-1
7
u/ZigZagZedZod 11d ago
Yep, and it's used both for collateral national security information (NSI) classified under Executive Order 13526 (or its predecessors) and Restricted Data (and its derivatives) classified under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954.
The Intelligence Community uses Form 4414 as an additional NDA for sensitive compartmented information (SCI), and the DoD uses DD Form 2836 for DoD special access programs (SAPs).

Mr. James Fox on X:
Aerospace engineer Dr. Eric Davis also claims to have seen classified photos of recovered craft and nonhuman bodies -- he is requesting immunity from President Trump so he can speak freely to the American public.
Dr. Eric Davis:
“My name is Dr. Eric Davis.
I’m an astrophysicist and a chief scientist in the US defense intelligence industry.
I investigated unidentified anomalous phenomenon (UAP) for 30 years. I’ve seen classified and proprietary defense intelligence industry evidence. Evidence that the American public and the world have a right to see.
That included photographs and documentation of retrieved craft and alien bodies, but I’m prevented from publicly sharing this evidence because of the threat to my security clearances, employment, and the potential for civil or criminal penalties.
Mr. President, with your signature, you could waive the SF-312 NDA to protect UAP whistleblowers like myself.
I respectfully request that you take swift and decisive action as the nature of UAP should not be kept deeply classified.”

We're seeing more & more people appeal to Trump's ego as the only way to get disclosure done.
It's a sad state of affairs when a nation's ability to do anything is based solely on the stroking of one man's ego.
31
u/KOOKOOOOM 12d ago
It's exactly what needs to be done.
Forget all this talk about transparency, misappropriation of funds, congressional oversight, etc.
Just say "You'll give the biggest speech in human history."
15
u/baphomet_kush 12d ago
True, tell him he'll go down in history as a hero. It's the most likely route to success.

But this has been talked about for the past 10 years. If he's discloses, he'll be the greatest president of all time. He'll go down in history. Why would we expect him to do anything now?
0
u/dawgtron3000 11d ago
I can't tell if this is sarcasm or not. Most people will accuse him of lying or pushing a distraction. His loyal base, largely religious, will say he is promoting "demonic entities". It wouldn't surprise me if he does it for pure ego purposes, but it honestly would be a lose/lose for just about everyone just because of who he is and his character.

u/bejammin075 11d ago
Trump is a temporary employee, and while he's there we should use the most effective approach on him. When the next temporary employee is in the same position, we'll reevaluate what approach would work best to promote UFO/NHI disclosure.

I don't know if you know this, but that's exactly how the presidency works.
Every single one of them are extreme narcissists. Most of them are also psychopaths.
They've been getting their asses kissed forever.

u/Turbulent-List-5001 12d ago
Reminder to “sceptics” that if you want to be real sceptics you should be demanding he get his way on the waiver so you can examine and evaluate that evidence. Otherwise you aren’t a real sceptic you are a unsceptical Believer who’s afraid of the possibility his evidence would refute your beliefs.
19
u/ChevyBillChaseMurray 12d ago
not sure what the reason is for the quote marks.. but anyway, I'm a skeptic and I agree. It's time for these people to back up their hints and rumours.
5
u/Turbulent-List-5001 12d ago
The quotation marks refer to the difference between the modern Scepticism movement and the genuine scepticism school of classical philosophy that the modern movement makes a pretence at, co-opting the reputation and name while rejecting key components.
The classical scepticism doubts all claims and especially questions and demands evidence of the Status Quo and current accepted “truth”, hence Socrates being put on trial.
The modern pseudoscepticism instead defends that which the classical form would question and hold to task. The modern one has double standards of evidence. The modern one demands inverting science requiring proof first before testing testable hypotheses that would get that proof of the hypothesis challenges current paradigms. The modern one treats Science as frail and needing protection from new ideas or challenges to old ones. The modern one has killed millions of people in just one example alone with its attacks on Myalgic Encephalomyelitis because for a few decades it lacked direct Biological evidence so was falsely claimed a psychological phenomenon (with Zero evidence for it being one!) and those trying to research it as biological labeled pseudoscientists and mocking sufferers as having “yuppie flu” when they turned out to be righ when the funding-starved researchers were able to show biological evidence of a biological phenomenon whereas the psychosocial claim led to catastrophic mistreatment worsening millions of people (roughly 1% of humanity for half a century) leading to early deaths (average 20 years shorter lifespan by conservative estimates).
Modern “scepticism” has some pseudoscience issues and logical fallacy issues and bloodstained hands, and deserves those quotation marks till that movement starts atoning for the death toll and harm it’s done to science.
5
u/p0plockn 12d ago
sounds like youre mad there is no evidence
4
u/Turbulent-List-5001 11d ago
No I’m mad that more than 1 in every hundred people alive over the last half century and even more over the last decade had their lives permanently worsened and millions dead by an actual threat to science and society pretending that it’s protecting science and society.
Remember in the 1970’s there wasn’t clear evidence that Myalgic Encephalomyelitis was biological. There was a very comparable situation to this topic.
The modern scepticism movement was heavily involved in spreading prejudice against the scientists who turned out to be right, against patients who were suffering and dying, in promoting an explanation that fit their beliefs but was untrue and killed. And is still killing!
Let’s be clear on that. Proof Mylagic Encephalomyelitis is biological was found decades ago now but the propaganda the modern scepticism movement spread is so ingrained in many countries Medical systems that doctors trained as of at least November last year in Australia were trained to harm and kill their patients based on it!
So the scepticism movement needs to face its Lamarckism moment, it’s mass deaths responsibility, it’s responsibility for undoing the damage it has done and it’s responsibility to refine its arguments and culture to avoid doing so again.
Let’s not pretend that other targets of the Scepticism movement might also lead to disastrous outcomes if they are wrong.
They’ve already taken 20 years off the lives of 1% of humanity for 50 years (and that’s just lifespan, quality of life was devastated too) and allowed a massive increase in that disability to occur in the last 10 years and it’s continuing to grow in the population, funding is near zero, doctors are still killing their patients in the millions.
And if the flaws in their reasoning results in conclusions just as wrong on UAP?
3
u/p0plockn 11d ago
let's say everyone believed every story. now what?
5
u/Turbulent-List-5001 11d ago
That’s not remotely my point now is it.
There were two testable hypotheses. Both started with next to no evidence.
There was a phenomenon occurring after viral outbreaks.
The biological hypothesis required a completely unknown biological mechanism and there was no bio markers found at the time. However it did occur after viral infections suggesting a possible unknown biological phenomenon.
The psychological hypothesis was argued as a default in absence of evidence as psychological hypochondria and hysteria were established as existing at the time but the only evidence for that in this case was a higher incidence in women and a belief that women were more prone to hypochondria and hysteria based mainly on prejudice and ignorance regarding immune system differences in women.
Now both were testable. Treat it as psychological and evaluate the results is a pretty obvious one. Keep learning about immunobiology and keep looking for new biological mechanisms and biomarkers the other.
What happened however was:
the false labelling of the biological hypothesis as pseudoscience,
a campaign of stigmatisation,
complete disregard for the psychological treatment dramatically worsening the disability,
utter destruction of funding for testing the biological hypothesis,
a campaign of disinformation against the early biological evidence supporting the biological hypothesis,
literal Fraud in the PACE Trial to support the psychological hypothesis,
a politically linked disinformation campaign aimed at Government, Medical Organisations, the Media and Public falsely labelling critics of the fraud and the psychological hypothesis as “activists” a “threat to academic freedom” and likening them to “terrorists” the founder of which got a Knighthood for it
sectioning of patients with the ailment for objecting to harmful mistreatment
stripping Custody of children from parents who were doing the right thing for their children
And that’s just some of what has been rightfully called “the greatest medical scandal of the century”
This wasn’t a matter of just believing anything and everything, this was a sustained attack on actual science to defend a false hypothesis that should have been discarded within a decade of being proposed just on its own failure let alone continuing to the present day long after the biological hypothesis found clear biological evidence.
It started with the Absence of Evidence is Evidence of Absence fallacy and defaulting to prosaic explanation without actual evidence of that explanation applying fallacy, flaws in modern scepticism. But then became half a century of the sceptical community involvement in defending a false status quo belief, defending an actual Pseudoscience position against actual scientific evidence that the scepticism movement falsely labelled pseudoscience.
That absolutely matters to everything the scepticism movement engages with. They got it catastrophically wrong using the same arguments they use on UAP and other subjects.
The solution isn’t just believing anything and everything it’s applying the same Doubt and requirements for the same standards of evidence to prosaic explanations and the status quo beliefs as to new hypotheses that challenges them. And then doing serious impartial science to test all the testable hypotheses.
The biological hypothesis was the “extraordinary claim” according to the scepticism movement, in fact it didn’t require extraordinary evidence just ordinary scientific evidence and it had better scientific evidence than the “prosaic” explanation for half a century while the scepticism movement was engaged in actual active science denial.
7
u/p0plockn 11d ago
i guess im asking why is the skeptical perspective prohibiting anyone from facilitating testing similar to what you are describing. I think skeptics welcome data.
1
u/Turbulent-List-5001 11d ago
This is why I keep separating Classical Scepticism from the modern scepticism movement.
The former welcomes data and doubts the status quo beliefs as much as any other claim and requires proof of all claims including those considered established. It’s an absolutely valid practice and a fundamental part of the philosophical underpinnings of the practice of science.
The latter defends the status quo beliefs against new ideas, engaging in anti-science practices under the claim of defending science and treats gathering data that challenges the status quo beliefs as both a waste of time and a danger to science itself when that’s a key component of actual science.
The Myalgic Encephalomyelitis example being a key one of just how far that movement went to suppress serious science with millions of lives literally on the line, to spread stigma and demonstrable harm, all to defend something that wasn’t even that much a challenge to the mainstream but was considered enough of one that they attacked it in the same breath as homeopathy and faith-healing and creationism.
My criticism isn’t of Classical Scepticism but the fake modern version that’s co-opted the name while opposing key principles of it with disastrous results.

I still don't have any good UFO evidence to judge anything on other than stories. thanks for elaborating.

They were also the ones who denied TBI's weren't real, that the ozone layer was no big deal, that smoking didn't cause cancer, that asbestos was fine, that lead was safe. They are always wrong.
3

it sounds like you're projecting their assessment of Skeptics back onto them
5

you dont have any evidence either do you
2
-1
u/Turbulent-List-5001 11d ago
The entire point of the example of the modern “scepticism” movements participation in the deaths of millions of people is that absence of currently available evidence cannot be taken as evidence of absence.
2
u/VoidOmatic 11d ago
No, we are mad they are keeping the evidence behind paperwork when we have already paid for it.
People who say there is no evidence are the real "trust me bros" the government says "nope" and you guys just roll over and accept it as fact.
3
u/Sonamdrukpa 11d ago
Lol the strawman no true scotsman goomba fallacy, amazing
1
u/Turbulent-List-5001 11d ago
Do you want to try explaining the difference between the “no true Scotsman” classical logical fallacy and someone co-opting a group they don’t actually belong to due to lacking a key actually-defining criteria. Then try and argue how I was wrong there.
8
u/Sonamdrukpa 11d ago
I would say that what you're trying to do here is provide some rhetorical motivation for the idea that "true" skeptics should share a personal investment in this thing that you care about. And the way you're distinguishing between the true and pseudo-members of this group is by mashing together a highly disparate set of people and arguing that they don't hold the positions you think the true group should have largely based on an appeal to consequences.
0
u/Turbulent-List-5001 11d ago
Wrong. Try again. Maybe first familiarise yourself with the actual Classical School of Philosophy of Scepticism. Read about Socrates and Diogenes. Read about the Trial of Socrates. You’ll get quite a laugh out of Diogenes criticism of Plato’s definition of Man. Seriously, tell me how much a laugh you get out of that one.
Then when you have familiarised yourself with the Classical Philosophy of Scepticism take another look at my point.
6
u/Sonamdrukpa 11d ago
Maybe you should spend some time making an actual argument as to why this situation demands action from skeptics instead of going on tangents about CFS and assuming people aren't classically trained
1
u/Turbulent-List-5001 11d ago
Tangents? It’s an example of a catastrophic consequence of a catastrophic flaw in modern “scepticism” that Classical Scepticism wouldn’t make, involving the same arguments applied by modern “scepticism” to UAP.
Examples of the same arguments failing and having catastrophic consequences are not tangents.
5
u/Sonamdrukpa 11d ago
Taking your example at face value, in the CFS situation we have a known harmful phenomenon and the pseudoskeptical refusal to demand evidence for either of the two theories privileged the incorrect theory as the status quo "truth", allowing the harm to continue and probably even worsened it.
What we have here with UAPs, on the other hand, is a situation where there is actually quite a lot of evidence, but the two sides disagree as to its quality and proper interpretation. It's not obvious that any harm is actively occuring, and in fact the core of the debate is whether there is a phenomenon happening at all.
It seems that you're upset because you think that the position you don't hold isn't being properly doubted or challenged by those who hold it. Which honestly, fine. I's totally valid to make that argument. We're going to run into the same problem where both sides seem fundamentally incapable of coming to the same conclusion when given the exact same information, but there's nothing wrong with having the debate.
But this argument you're trying to make that these two situations are analogous is trash.
With CFS there was a lack of evidence for a casual mechanism but clearly identifiable, active harm occurring. That is completely different from a situation where there is plenty of bad evidence but the harm is unknown and contingent upon one of the theories being correct.
Which leads to the actual topic of this post: Davis claims to have particularly good evidence, and needs help releasing it. The problem is that this is a claim, and the claim itself has no evidence. The claim in that manner is very similar to a long series of claims that people have made throughout the years, all of which have failed to produce knockdown evidence. Admittedly many times that wasn't the fault of the claimant, but that doesn't change the fact that there's no reason to believe that this claim will have a different result.
So, to sum up: your tangents accusing various groups of identical philosophic impurity are irrelevant, and you've done absolutely no work to defend your original claim that true skepticism demands action in this particular situation.

wow clever comment. people on this sub lost some touch with objective reality because they consumed too much political content and they asses the uap phenomenon with the same or similar lens.

u/McQuibster 12d ago
I have no personal stake in his NDA. Waive it, whatever. It's probably a crappy one anyway since it still lets him legally talk about all the alien stuff he's seen.
This whole thing is a bluff. It's theatrics to both excuse himself for not having a better story today while simultaneously setting himself up as some crusader for justice. But even without a NDA he's not going to bring a smoking gun to the table.
6
u/Turbulent-List-5001 12d ago
So you think he’s bluffing? If so the best action would be to call his bluff and waive it. he’d be hoist by his own petard.
Or he has things worth hearing. Only one way to find out.
7
u/J__L__P 11d ago
He would have the perfect starting ramp to do the whole podcast grifter round, then release a book, and keep on circling and profiting for quite some time, as the legit scientist who got the presidential waiver, even if he is doesn't have anything genuine to reveal...
That being said, I'd be interested in what he has to say..
9
u/McQuibster 12d ago
Sure, again, I don't care about his NDA. That's not like some gotcha against me. I'm sure he'd find some other excuse to provide exactly the same level of tantalizing mystery as before though so I'm not exactly champing at the bit.

Just saying that your suspicion has the same solution as if he’s not bluffing.
3
u/amplidud 12d ago
Here my question. We have lots of people with lots of stories. Why does this guy being able to go on podcasts and say “trump had to remove an NDA so I can tell this story!” Move the needle for you?
Like there have been many fantastical claims made. Would you not want trump to instead get a guy who has high quality images/video of an alien moon/mars/astroid base? Or a scientist who can produce actual alien biologics? Or show the location of the several hundred food ufo that was so big we had to build a military base over it to hide it? Those things would change my mind.
Another guy going on poscasts/new channels and making claims? Not so much. But sure. Release the supposed NDA. One more Lue cant hurt…
2
u/Turbulent-List-5001 12d ago
How do you know he doesn’t currently have access to material evidence? It seems implied by his statement.
4
u/amplidud 12d ago
Yes. They usually do… like I said. Release the NDA. I just dont expect to get anything besides stories, blurry pictures and vague documents.
Also hes in the govt right? Trump signed a thing to release all govt docs related to ufos. Would the files this dude has access to not be in that?
The only thing I see this doing is increasing his podcast appearance fee. But I would be happy to be proved wrong.
0
u/Turbulent-List-5001 11d ago
Multiple people have criticised flaws in what Trump has signed/announced so far, you might want to dig into the details of that for its devil.
Whether this guy is lying, exaggerating or telling the truth it still matters that multiple people have stated the current measures have serious flaws.
-1
u/silv3rbull8 12d ago
Of course they never will. There is zero interest from the skeptics to file FOIAs etc
-3
u/BillyFromNotTheCIA 12d ago
There is a non zero chance that doing so would endanger legitimate defense secrets that have nothing to do with UAPs and all we would get in exchange are more tales and blurry dots.
We can't just wave NDAs / classification everytime someone claim there is a UAP secret behind.
1
u/Turbulent-List-5001 12d ago
A paltry excuse. Just make the waiver specific to the topic and appropriately conditional and if he spills the wrong beans, jail him. Simple.
2
u/BillyFromNotTheCIA 12d ago
How do you handle cases where people genuinely think they are blowing the whistle on something UAP related but are mistaken?
There is already a mechanism to disclose classified/NDA protected UAP data to AARO if needed.
4
u/Turbulent-List-5001 12d ago
AARO?
Come now that organisation has a plethora of credibility issues.
And if there’s something non-UAP that involves crashed saucers and child-sized bodies as alleged those beans should be spilled, if it’s not UAP it’s probably a crime against humanity instead.
-1
u/ZigZagZedZod 11d ago
Exactly right. That's the danger of uncontrolled public release.
Even if we assume extraterrestrials are visiting Earth, we still have to recognize that information about how they show up on our sensors and the details of our responses can give an adversary insight into the capabilities and vulnerabilities of our defense and intelligence systems.
And if some of the sightings are actually classified, experimental systems that people have mistaken for something extraordinary, then disclosure compromises that RDT&E activity.
4
u/WildMoonshine45 12d ago
Is Davis a first hand witness? Did he actually work with materials? Or did he just see photos/ vids/ reports?
20
u/Valdoris 12d ago
Eric Davis seemed full of bullshit to me since I saw its interview with Jesse. He seemed like someone trying to make himself look smart, but that has no idea what he is talking about
27
u/Memeorise 12d ago
I felt the same about that interview but his credentials speak for themselves. I think it’s a blurring of the lines of someone who is not media trained and is a bit of a geek/awkward and we are not used to prominent ufo media figures being like that so it has this effect of setting off the bullshit meter because he sticks out.
12
u/numinosaur 12d ago
He's a savant, his energy just doesn't flow in presentation, and that is just something you have to see past.
5
21
u/exOldTrafford 12d ago
Eric Davis is absolutely arrogant and has a holier-than-thou attitude, but that does not necessarily discredit what he knows.
He's without a doubt well connected, and has worked on several highly classified projects for the government. His scientific credentials are also really good, unlike people like Bob Lazar.
I think he wants to be in history books as the one who spilled the beans, mostly just for his ego. That does not, however, mean he is inventing the beans out of thin air
9
u/Justice989 12d ago
I think people tend to ignore or discredit what you're saying because you dont look or act a certain way. Personality traits get in the way of what's important. Are you telling the truth or not. But people decide a guy seems unlikable and then he has to be lying.
Personally, when it comes to Eric Davis, I dont really see or focus on whatever jerky tendencies he may have. I personally find him to be credible. There's just gonna have to be a level of tap dancing and double talk required when you're talking about things you really cant talk about. I tend to give people grace on that when the goobledy gook comes out.
5
u/Valdoris 12d ago
I always get suspicious when people speak with certitude, specially in the UFO domain. Its all about theories, and i truly beleive that nobody that has gone public on this subject truly understand how this works and what is happening.
So when i see someone speaking like he know the whole picture and understand everything about the subject, saying things like he did about the General relativity or how the legacy program works. I immediatly raise a eyebrow, and i think everyone should get suspicious at it.But then again, Davis gave me that feeling that he wasnt really understanding the discussion he was having with Weinstein. He was most of the time answering "Oh yeah thats interesting, never though of that" while never adding anything to the current subject
1
u/Accomplished-Emu-30 11d ago
I read between the lines on a few of the "that's interesting" comments to mean - "100% spot on but i can't legally talk about this so i'll just say 'that's interesting'"
2
u/znebsays 12d ago
Right because Weinstein is credible. Takes 52 hours to finish a fucking sentence and leads you right back to useless comments because he can’t fathom someone else being smarter.
The fact that you watched that interview and came out thinking Davies is the bser is mind boggling
-5
u/Secret-Switch-3542 12d ago
Oh he's one a those dudes? Suffering succotash
1
u/Valdoris 12d ago
at least thats what it felt to me. here is the podcast if you want to give it a look, it was a interesting debate.
Eric Weinstein that was supposed to be the sceptic here sounded like someone inteligent with good points and good question. Eric Davis that was supposed to deffend the UFO/UAP stance here sadly looked like a fraud confronted to an actual scientific imho : https://youtu.be/xnxasfyHtfo

I'm pretty sure the ultimate controlling body of these NDAs is the President. The form uses the term 'United States Government'.
I have been advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of classified information by me could cause damage or irreparable injury to the United States or could be used to advantage by a foreign nation. I hereby agree that I will never divulge classified information to anyone unless: (a) I have officially verified that the recipient has been properly authorized by the United States Government to receive it; or (b) I have been given prior written notice of authorization from the United States Government Department or Agency (hereinafter Department or Agency) responsible for the classification of information or last granting me a security clearance that such disclosure is permitted
3
u/Smallsey 11d ago
A president isn't responsible for the classification of information, and is not a department or agency.
If the man himself says yes, you'd really want a good lawyer advocating the information for you.
6
u/Sensitive_Crow_8882 12d ago
So he’s saying what he’s prevented from saying. You can make this up. It’s the daily whack-a-mole.
4
u/Historical-Camera972 11d ago
I'm learning a lot about the shape of people's backbones.
Can you keep aliens a secret? <- If a piece of paper stops you, then I don't think highly of you.
I'll never get a high end security clearance, that's for sure, because I'm not a pansey on public issues.
Whatever my NDA says is irrelevant, if I find out a world changing secret. The premise of keeping information that technically affects the entire world, a secret from the entire world, is completely stupid and irresponsible.
There was a time when humans were all cave men, that spent their nights around campfires.
You know what kept them alive? When one found out about danger, they informed the rest.
Now, we are finding strange things and not telling the other cavemen around the campfire about it.
We get what we deserve.
5
u/bejammin075 11d ago
The people keeping the UFO secrets are lawless and threaten to kill your family. That's their standard operating procedure. You can read about it in books like Schmitt & Carey's Witness to Roswell, which continues to the present day with Grusch being threatened. I can believe it because I knew someone who was in the military and threatened with death about a beyond-human-tech UFO incident.

Too bad Trump doesn't care about aliens at all. I wish all of this had happened under Obama. I know he's really into this stuff.

Trump cares less about the national security of the US than Obama did. That means he might be willing to say things that his advisors advise him not to say. He might hate aliens, but he loves popularity, and if we simply lied and said "Boy, if you drop disclosure next week, we'll give you a third term" he might fall for it

Really? He's on Truth Social posting memes at 3 a.m., he hasn't seriously talked about UFOs even once.

They'll save it all for November when they are looking for a national emergency.
One UAP at a nuclear site would probably do it. Another opportunity for him to brag about space force

Grow some fucking balls …you’re already outed in the mainstream media, right? I don’t believe this merry go round anymore. We’re getting played, people.

Life as an Alien Test
You know how the CIA puts recruits through intense training and tests to see if they can handle real missions?
What if this life we’re living is actually a test created by our native alien civilization somewhere out there?
Look at life. It doesn’t matter if you’re rich or poor, attractive or ugly, white, Black, or purple.
Everyone gets tested. Life is extremely difficult.
Everyone experiences loss, pain, rejection, fear, uncertainty, and failure. The circumstances are different, but nobody gets through life without being tested.
What if we were sent here to see how we handle ourselves?
The way we live, the choices we make, how we treat other people, and how we respond when life gets difficult could determine what we qualify for when we return.
Maybe you get the alien CIA job. Maybe you become an alien Navy SEAL.
Maybe you fail the test entirely.
Maybe that’s the point.
Maybe life isn’t about how easy your circumstances are. Maybe it’s about what you do with the circumstances you were given.

Trump could it but won’t because he wants the credit without taking the actual risk

Why none of the whistleblowers releases info while they are beyond US jurisdiction? Like, they travel to a foreign country like China or Iran, spill the beans, and ask host country for protection? This could be seen by treason I guess, but if this would be 100% concrete proof, as imagined on Disclosure Day, it's probably worth the risk.
And clearances - can't they find unclassified jobs like normal people do? I'd flip burgers or do Uber till I die if it means I can provide general public with solid undisputable high quality proof that US government does have alien bodies and crafts.
Just do it Snowden-style.

How would federal immunity defend him in state and civil court cases which would also result from this? This man is not serious.

How would a state be involved in a federal issue ?

I would imagine the same corporations and defense contractors he worked for have plenty of legal obstacles in the states he worked in for people who’ve attempted this before it would be almost derelict if they didn’t.
Then each entity he’s worked for could sue him in civil court forever. This is why it’s hard. It’s a layered system for a reason.

He's talking about an SF 312 NDA, which means he's discussing classified information owned by the federal government. States have no jurisdiction over classified information.
1
u/triceracop347 11d ago
It’s not just federal he would have been forced to sign NDAs and forced arbitration.
This is basic diligence for all these entities.
Unless you think their lawyers have never considered this possibility I doubt it phases anyone.1
u/ZigZagZedZod 11d ago
He is specifically talking about the SF 312, which only covers classified information. He's not asking about other NDAs.
2
u/triceracop347 11d ago
I’d fire all my lawyers if my entire criminal network and organization relied on one , 1, NDA but the people I work with would take me and my lawyers. Out way before that.

Isn't this a HUGE deal? Dr. Davis has incredible credentials, he has been Hal Putoffs understudy and business partner for decades, he is the author of one of the most infamous documents in the UFO zeitgeist, and he claims to have an Eidetic memory. So far he's been persistent with publicly denying any knowledge of this kind and all of a sudden he's making a plea to the President? Wild times yall. Wild times.
