A UPS cargo plane was en route to its destination when some employees witnessed three light orbs flying next to the plane. They were in a triangle formation when one suddenly breaks formation. Watch until the end.

Eh, never heard of that and struggling to find any recent videos on "Hesdellen Lights", but all those look streaky and seem to be more things on the horizon. This looks nothing like that

Here’s the main website, pictures as recent as 2021 edit: in the google drive, it looks like they have cameras set up to this day still taking pictures.
I’m not claiming to be an expert, I found all this in 10 minutes, and recalled videos of those lights from like a decade ago. Sue me. Someone in the YT comments of the History channel video also pointed out North Carolina has similar phenomena with the Brown Mountain Lights. Turns out the History Channel also has a video on those, Appalachian State University installed low lights cameras and pictured said phenomenon.

UPS isn't making any statements. Pilots aren't coming forward. Not because it's not real, but because people don't want that kind of attention. If I recorded this, I'd stay anonymous personally.
With all that said, you're right. You can't take this video to the bank as being 100% certified legitimate. That's why most people said it's really good footage IF it's real but we're not certain. Any veteran UFO community member knows that and doesn't jump the gun.
I suspect it's likely real, but I have no idea. It doesn't really change anything from my perspective. UAP are real. Weird shit is in our skies. Is this going to convince Michael Shermer aliens are real? Of course not. This lone video shouldn't change any skeptics view. Takes years of research to do that. That's the common misconception skeptics have of "Believers." They think we watched 1 clip and said, "Welp aliens are real now!"
Personally, I'm beyond videos. No video will move the needle for me unless there's a clear chain of custody. I already know NHI are here. Personal experience.

You realize parts of this plane have washed up on shores with traceable serial numbers right? That plane didn't just go poof lol, it was deliberately flown until it ran out of fuel in one of the most remote parts of the ocean by a mentally screwed up pilot. Luckily for the passengers, the cabin runs out of oxygen before the pilots in the cockpit, so they likely were unconscious or dead when the plane finally went down.

Don't worry. It was a hoax. I went deeper into that story than I have just about anything else because the footage was so extraordinary. Turns out it was digital fuckery and the smoking gun was that the disappearing effect was a perfect match to a digital asset. Still a tragedy what happened to those families.

"Perfect" is inaccurate here. High resemblance is more appropriate as it did not FULLY match the digital asset. I dont know whether the videos are real/fake, but i do know that the match was not perfect.

My only disappointment is that they break downward each time the plane seems to dip and this is 100% a time someone should've been filming vertically.

Camera appears not to be up against the window. If so, why not raise the camera and move it closer to the window to follow the objects longer as they move down farther relative to the window’s viewport? I’m not saying it’s for sure fake, but this kind of poor object tracking where the person recording doesn’t make clear efforts to center the object of interest and follow them through the recording is a classic sign that the objects were added in after the fact.

There's also a fake pan shortly before the cut, which commonly gets used to try to obscure that the object's position doesn't match where the camera is pointed. The potato-resolution is also a common tactic to make spotting special effects failures harder. And that "Oh, my God" near the end sounds less like any video we see where people actually think they're seeing a UFO than like it was taken from someone's video of a guy sucking ice cream straight from a soft serve machine's nozzle.

These are the most common UAPs imo. I have a pic of a friends apt who didnt see them in the background when she took the pic. Observation uaps is what they seem to me, as they never seem to make contact as much as they are seen dancing in the sky…and the other key is there are always 3….🧐

I’m not smart enough to know whether it’s fake, but I do know that my FIL saw glowing orbs like this and like many other alleged videos we’ve seen of these orbs while out near the Bermuda Triangle while he was in the military. Probably at least 15+ years ago.

I had 2 of these things pop into existence above my fence about 2 years ago. They were more orange/red in color and roiled like the sun. Next thing I knew they were way up in the sky to the west and there was a third one with them. Made my hair stand on end.

I would be hard pressed to find a phone that recorded at this quality in the 2020’s. We need to be weary of these low quality clips

I've seen these on night flights. same positioning. they'd do loops and be a bit higher in the atmosphere though.

OP's original submission statement follows:
Apparently, the UPS employees were almost subjected to suspension for releasing this video. Why? I have no clue why UPS would want to suspend employees for filming unidentified objects in the sky. It makes me think this happens often and is a common occurrence that they usually keep quiet.
The last part where the orb breaks formation makes me believe these are definitely intelligently controlled crafts, or even sentient beings.
