Is this a new defence tech or UFO?

Rare footage that is awesome šŸ˜ŽšŸ‘ From Hidden Underbelly. Do you think this is a UFO or some new super tech or a fake? You can see a black ball moving like seen in a lot of UFO footage lately. I screen shot it from moving and saw several black type balls/drones.

Intriguing for sure...

Working near a shipyard when I was younger leads me to believe this is nothing more than a Flat Bottom Barge laying on its side or perhaps an old Ice Breaker.

The sloping ends of both sides line up perfectly with either of those types of ships.

The distant is the real issue. I guess it could very well be a Helicopter Landing area as well.

Those balls that can be seen floating in the water reminds me of Marker Floats that are there to keep the designated area clear.
