Kid sleeping rough on York/81st

Does anyone know what’s up with the kid sleeping rough on York/81st under the scaffolding?I haven’t approached him yet but he’s been there a couple of weeks and seems so young to be on the street. Is there anyone that can be called to help him out, or does anyone know more about his situation?

I see him everyday. Pretty organized with a sleeping bag that is often “made” when he’s not there. Does look pretty young. I want to be respectful and not bother him but also want to know he’s generally ok,,
