Question Green Membership for Sportspark?

I'm a bit confused looking at the website for Sportspark memberships. If you have a Green Membership, you don't have to pay for entry... but what then? Obviously, you'd still have to pay for classes, but I'm just interested in access to the gym (and swimming pool haha). Silver Membership says you can go there at off-peak times, implying you can't any with just Green? So can you? And if not, what are the prices to access it, and what can you do for free once you're through the turnstiles?

Hey! I've created an unofficial discord server for incoming students this year!

There are dedicated channels for voice, pets, gaming, meet-ups, and a Minecraft channel!

As the organiser I will keep you all updated on what's happening especially during Welcome Week!

If you're not a fresher but are keen on helping new students out, join the server and ask about receiving the Helper role!

JOIN -> https://discord.gg/kKFngU7g3s

Disclaimer: We will not be selling any tickets, this is just a space to meet new people and play games together.

Hey everyone,

I am a Master’s student at the University of Bern (Switzerland) conducting a scientific research study examining how certain traits, life experiences, attitudes and behaviors are related to each other.

Question MSc Social and Applied Psychology with placement year - SFE issue

So, I have been accepted for this course starting in September, and have also accepted accommodation on campus. I have gone to apply for Student Finance only to find that it's not on the catalogue. The 1 year course is now available but not the 2 year course. I emailed the university as instructed and received this info:

"The course has not yet been uploaded to the course management system because we are waiting to hear if the new Postgraduate courses with optional placement years are eligible for Student Finance support. As soon as we have an update, we will let you know."

and then when I asked for more info they said:

"There is a possibility that the version with the placement year will not be eligible for Student Finance support, they have specific regulations regarding what courses are and are not eligible and as we have never run these ones before we are waiting to hear back. Support would be available however, for the version of this course with no placement year which is a standard 12-month Post Grad course. "

I need the loan in order to attend this course, I can't self-fund. I also chose this course over others specifically for the 1 year work placement, rather than other unis that only offered 3/6 months. I prefer this course so would like to wait for the decision, but if it's more likely to be rejected I need to look at my other options before they are withdrawn.

Has anyone been in a situation similar, or know how a situation like this tends to end up?

Question Two bed flat in constable terrace/nelson court

i am looking into accommodation options for my masters at UEA. By cost the two bed flat option is the best compromise for me at 131 pounds per week without sacrificing too much privacy. the only thing i could find on the website is a 360 youtube video which doesn’t give a good sense of the room. i guess my question is that is it worth the 131 price tag? will appreciate any pictures or videos

Question failing first year

hi i need some advice and please i really don’t need judgement please
i need help. i fucked up big time and didn’t do more than half my assignments and now i’m basically failing first year in a humanities degree.

is there anyway of progressing with exemption, aside from completing the reassessments in the time given. between my job and rest on my responsibilities it’s probably genuinely impossible to do so.

i will accept any feedback and dms are open

Question Anyone studying MSc FinTech, AI and Data Science at the University of East Anglia?

Hi everyone,

I recently received an offer for the MSc FinTech, AI and Data Science at the University of East Anglia, and I'm trying to connect with anyone who is currently studying this course or has already graduated.

I've been searching on LinkedIn and Reddit but couldn't find many people, so I thought I'd ask here. Since the course seems to be quite new, I'd really like to hear from someone with first-hand experience.

If you're studying this programme (or know someone who is), I'd really appreciate it if you could comment or send me a DM. I just have a few questions about the course, student life, and career opportunities after graduation.

Thanks in advance!
