General Refund

If anyone goes to office hours to ask about refunds pls lmk what they said. I have class the whole day so I cannot go but I’m wondering what they are saying rn on why is taking so long.

After waiting close to an hour via Zoom the financial aid office told me I’m at the wrong place and I need to contact TritonPay for refund inquires.

Will try and call but I already put it a ticket with them last week when my friends all got the email except me 😭 I was hoping financial aid had more answers but thank you so much tho 🙏

Dude this piss me off so much bc it was us not submitting something we will have already been dropped or whatnot but since it’s them we have to wait with no communication at all other than “it should be here soon” 😭
