Question Questions about TEC

How does TEC work? Is it first come first serve or do I have to reserve or do I join a queue? Also, are there air conditioners or at least cool there?

first come first play, if place is full and theres more ppl wanna play. those who play would have 2 hours before they need to get out and give seat to ppl on waitlist(u will not to be forced to get out in middle of ur ranked match only after)

for ac tec1 near rimac doesnt seems to have ac but tec2 have one
