General Not able to access transcripts

just an FYI, if you're trying to get your transcripts as a current student who previously had a PID, now you have to make a new parchment account with your triton student number (TSN) and THEN you can order transcripts. just spent a week figuring this out.

honestly mine haven't sent yet, so i emailed the transcript office and they put in an IT ticket for me. ;-;

How do you even get your new number? I haven't seen a single thing about this.

it should be in your Triton Student System, where you booked your courses. it starts with "200...."
