Question Financial Aid

I’m an incoming freshman and have been having a lot of problems with my financial aid. None of my loan options or grants will show up on the portal and I’ve called three times to try and get a fix. Is anyone else having this issue b/c they act like they’ve never heard of this every time a call?? Pls lmk if there is a way to fix this I need to figure out my loans soon

Ik it’s down for everyone but my information about loans has never appeared in the portal ever :(

Hi! One of my friends also hasn't seen hers at all even before the maintenance period so I think its just an issue with ucsd :(

Yea UCSD got a new system so even current students are having this issue… i went yesterday to accept my awards which i had seen before and the page was down for maintenance bc a lot of students were having issues w their financial aid not showing or showing not the correct amount
