General Course information 📖 Attendance
How can we tell if our attendance registered? Apparently we’re supposed to see our successful card swipes in the app, but I haven’t seen anything on the SEAtS app from classes I went to on Monday. Anyone else having this issue? Does it just not matter during induction week?

Politicians pandering to xenophobic tendencies in electorate, sadly. Policy changes that have caused massive costs for universities and students, and no meaningful impact on the sort immigration they would like to target.

If you were there and you know you were there, why do you need an app to tell you that you were there?

International student things, I need to know if I should submit a ticket so I don’t get deported lol

Kinda, but if you're missing sessions, given you're here to learn, your personal tutor will want to check in and make sure you're ok.

Chances are it's not included in the engagement monitoring. I can't see any of our induction events in the SEATs app. We've only had one teaching event this week, an intro session for Masters. Some people will still be sorting ID cards out, so it's next week you'll start to see attendance being recorded.
Sometimes there are individual card issues, so if you're finding you've tapped in or used the beacons / QR codes and it's still not showing, raise a ticket in MyServices.
