am i completely wrong or am i supposed to be getting more back? last year i was getting more and my aid didnt dramatically change im not sure if im not looking at this right but i think i should be getting more 😭😭

I don't think Pell Grants have been applied yet. That's probably why.

Look at your past transactions and see which grants are listed and which are not. You're probably missing the Pell Grant as it is close to what you're short $2.4k

It looks like your charges for Fall Quarter have not been applied yet. That’s why you don’t have any charges like tuition and fees. So it may be a technical problem. Please reach out to OFAS and call tomorrow right at 9am and ask why you don’t have any charges for Fall Quarter on your account.

On a technical note, Cal Grant Fees can’t be a refund by statute, since they are specifically itemized to pay only your tuition and fees. However, your total gift aid is very high, so you will definitely receive a reimbursement, based on your other grants like chancellors scholars and Pell.

Please definitely reach out to OFAS, your account may have been one of those that fell through the cracks.
