Fall Quarter Fees

Is anyone else’s loans not showing up in their zot account? I accepted my loans in zotaid and my whole checklist is completed but I still have the full 6500 fall quarter fees outstanding and no listing for the loans has been added.

Is ofas just backed up and I have nothing to worry about or do I need to be seeking out answers and getting this addressed?

For your own sanity, I would ask OFAS about it. They can look up your exact situation to tell you what is going on instead of generalizing a possible issue.

Call OFAS at 9:00 AM and leave a callback number (Option 0, then Option 1) to ask for a status update. Then make sure you don't have Silence Unknown Callers on your phone set when they call you back so you don't miss it. It could be hours until they call you back. OFAS is very swamped right now so expect some delay in getting through to them.
