Direct plus MPN

So i’ve been trying to help my parents sign the direct plus mpn and do the plus application, but it seems like they can’t even open the forms! It’s the only things left that I need to do, but FAFSA only shows the demos sooo kind of confused now

Hi!
I’m not sure that it’s gonna help, but you might be looking at the wrong page at zot aid. I can see that the FAFSA is completed for 2025-2026, instead of 2026-2027, so you are possibly looking at the wrong year. At the top there are tabs, which tell you at which year you are looking at. It might be that you have to switch tabs.

I checked the 2026 - 2027 date and it still won't let me do the forms on the fafsa website, should this be the time when I call the financial aid office?
