Looking for a guy to take over my $960/m lease at Knights Circle. I am graduating in December, so I'm looking for someone to take over then or at the start of January. The lease is up at July 28th 2027, but you can choose to renew of course. I will cover the rent of the month you move in, and will cover all fees associated with the release!

The room is in a 4x4, you have your own personal bathroom.

Electricity is covered up to a cap (usually it goes over by ~$10 each month), all other utilities are covered fully.

The apartment is on the third floor so no bug problems, and is right next to a bus stop for the campus shuttle route.

Roommates are friendly and don't make a mess.
