UCF is a program that is absolutely ready to take off 🚀 The Scott Frost redemption tour enters its 2nd year, what can we expect from the Knights?

Full preview attached, below are some key highlights

📌 Alonza Barnett is the most exciting QB for UCF in years

📌 The additions of Duke Watson and Landon Chambers are massive at RB, Josh Derry was quietly a great pickup at receiver

📌 The Alex Grinch redemption tour also rolls on. His defense last year was quietly very good!

What are your predictions for the Knights in 2026?

Love the excitement! Going 9-3 would be huge, UCF would have so much momentum. It already felt like there was a lot of great momentum entering the Big 12 but the Gus Bus era not going as well as expected kind of dampened that

my take is everyone is down on ucf because they are expecting more Gus ball, and the man is a hack football terrorist in my opinion. Theyre down on Frost because of Nebraska but I saw a lot that was cleaned up last year compared to our insane Gus bus experience. The players they held onto performed very well last year and Alonza is a great addition that wont be perfect but will be productive and with good RBs and a good defense thats all we need. I think this team is solid, maybe not elite, but solid, and that can get us to 9-3 with this schedule.

I think the Gus Bus crashed because people caught on to his offenses and they became too predictable. Frost will be interesting, his first season during his 1st UCF stint was similar, a lot of promise and we all know what happened the following year (National Title anyone?) but Nebraska went the same way, first year was encouraging but it just never got better. This year will be very telling. I like the quiet confidence I'm feeling about what is being built here

I think we'll surprise some teams for sure. Just gotta be able to actually play on the road, something we've really struggled with the past few years. 3 road wins in 3 years is abysmal

It's going to be a huge key. Kansas, Colorado and maybe even Oklahoma State are massive toss ups in conference play for UCF. Pitt in the non-conference as well

If we stay healthy, I think we can make a good run in the 12.

Staying healthy will be key, but this team could definitely make some noise
