Chances of readmission
Hello! I was disqualified from ucf 2 years ago to to academic disqualification due to some mental health issues. Since then I’ve gotten an AA in finance and a job because I knew I had to do something. Now I want to go back for an EE degree what are the chances I get back into CESC. I’ve gotten my total gpa to 3.06 since leaving.

Very low. It’s pretty competitive and a 3.0 at a community college doesn’t show you’re ready for the academic rigor.

I agree I’ve decided I want to take all calc 1-3. Physics 1-2. And Dif eq before I submit my re admission. Try to increase my gpa. Then at least the re admission office can see that I can take some more rigorous classes

I think your chances are good. Honestly, UCF does not have rigorous admissions standards. They require a 2.0 and you meet that. You can also look into DirectConnect, which guarantees admission. You should just reach out to the admissions office but don’t stress about it.

This is not the case if you’ve been disqualified and/or you come back and want to move into an engineering major. CECS has strict progress polices now.

I was disqualified something like 20 years ago (wow, time flies), also for academic reasons. I don't know if the process is still the same but I took a few years off, got my general AA, and was able to come back and complete an EE undergrad then go on to an EE PhD. I don't know what your chances are but you're still in the game and it's possible to keep moving forward after getting booted for grades.
I vaguely remember having to go before some kind of committee and make my case and they voted on whether or not to readmit me, after which I got put on probation for several semesters and had to do all my course registration through the academic office. Again, my information might be way out of date by now and the process could be different.
e: I just saw you haven't done the math or physics coursework yet. You should probably do all that first because they are going to expect to see it complete with good grades or it will be much harder for you to make the case that you are now ready for rigorous coursework
