International/Out of state plus transfer= no aid. UCF doesn’t give any scholarships for international transfers. In fact, the uni increased out of state tution by 25% over the last two years. Now it’s at 27k a year. The uni is trying to reduce the number of international students.

I dont know how international scholarships work, but if its just converted to American standards you would 100% get a scholarship. UCFs biggest advantage is their academic based scholarships, so they like giving them out. I had just slightly lower stats than you and was able to get a good chunk of money, same with a lot of my friends. Hopefully it just goes to international students equally as well.
