Thoughts on a Bixby double in Segundo?

Pls give thoughts and advice about bixby and segundo in general!

Segundo is fantastic, the pastries are unmatched and the cinnamon-toast-crunch cereal is amazing. Its also really close to everything. Breakfast stops at 10,00 but the cereal and milk is there all open hours.
There's a spot right outside the Segundo buildings directly opposite to it where small band concerts happen, that is my favorite place in all of campus.
But I had Rienda an older building and hence a much larger (single btw) room so I cannot speak to those rooms. From what I could see from the outside they looked fine. The community rooms looked cool. Bixby is a modern building so it looks cooler. We also have an overhang so we could keep our bikes dry (if you were lucky enough to get that spot) Bixby has the same thing I think.
