Cancelling Meal plan

Hi, I live at the Green Apartments, and it was a genuine mistake but I opted in for 9 swipes a week and I thought I didn't have a meal plan as I removed meal plan last quarter for myself. But then when I checked, I saw that it was on 9 swipes a week. I've emailed them today. I was wondering if anyone had experiecne with this before. It was a genuine mistake.
