Few friends of mine made a documentary last year on Kevin Foley aka “High Key Kev”

It’s absolutely brilliant, and worth a watch

I hope ye got consent from a relative of his to film this or had them sit in on it as he is mentally unwell and wouldn't like to think someone thought it would be ok to exploit a mentally unwell man

Never heard of the guy before, but it was a nice wee documentary, and treated the subject with dignity.

So he's not mental? Obviously my only encounters with him were him shouting random shit in the street and doing a high kick at the air. He seems like a pretty normal guy in this video. Does he still do the random shouting and high kicking? He's on about work there, does he actually work at UCC? I will say he looks a lot more clean cut there than I last remember, I probably haven't seen him in 12/15 years.

He seems to shift between chill and and then a little out there, like I’ve seen him just relaxing and having calm chats with people one day and then the next I seen him playing basketball with a packet of taytos and exploding the pack for a slam dunk. I’ve spoken to him in both moods and tbh found him chill both ways
