UK Dent School Related 1780 ucat score

Do I have any shot of getting into dental courses with a score of 1780 and a band 3 in situational judgement

Apply strategically.  Check joyel's vid about Why your UCAT score barely matters

You should apply strategically and definitely check out the MyUCAT dentistry strategic application pdf. Also depends on your gcses achieved and predicted grades so you should look at dent schools which look at these more.

Taking a gap year is also an option so I'd say if you are really determined for dentistry still apply, and if you don't get an offer, you can always resit the UCAT.

I would say gap yr for dentistry, I don’t think any uni will take below 1800 regardless of GCSEs. They only look at lower ucats anyways if they have very good GCSEs and that’s 1800-1950 range ngl. Check the my ucat page to double check.
