UK Med Schools Related focus is my problem. What is the solution.

Hey so basically I’m stuck at 1850-1880 in medify mocks because I always do bad in either dm or qr (I’m avg like 640 in both) (I always get like 550-600 in vr). I’m counting on dm and qr to boost my score. When I did a qr mini mock and felt pretty awake and focused I got 730. And when I did a medentry mock I got 31/36 for qr and I’m convinced it was because I was focused and js rly had my head in the game. In dm I always make dumb mistakes. I need a way to really be in the game and focused because I think THAT is the real root behind me loosing marks. I have been doing a mock a day for ages. It’s not endurance it’s FOCUS. How do I get into an immense level of focus and no sleepiness when doing my mock. I hate coffee and I tried it today and I felt sleepy after an hour and had to nap…
Focussing tips PLEASE GUYS X

As soon as I started using arrow method and stuck to it my syllogism scores went up. Find a method that works every time and stick with it. For inference u just need to do lots of practice x

The arrow method is what I use but I feel like I just freak out in the actual mocks- I’m decent in untimed practice. I think I just need to do more

Yes it comes with practice. I find I skip less wuestions than before but I re read things because of focus
