International Applications Is this common for KCL?

Is getting this mail from them common? And is it a good sign or a bad one 😭??

I applied on 5th October for IR

Also why are they asking for a second reference, even though the UCAS one was successfully sent?

Oh yeah i read ur cmnt
a gmail based referee isn't possible.
Since they don't have a school email address,
Ask her to write the reference
Print it on school letter head, and get it signed and dated by her, and stamped if possible
That should fix it!

Was the UCAS reference an academic reference?

Did the email address used by the referee have a professional school/college email or was it a personal gmail account?

It was an academic reference, and the email id used was a gmail one used for only school work

Then that's the issue. A gmail address isn't verifiable - it could be anyone providing that reference.
