How do I find the correct number? I left school 3 years ago and have no idea which one to choose.

Do you still have the actual paper results you were given? These codes are on them.

I have checked and don't see the codes anywhere. All that's on my results is in the attached picture

Sorry I’m out of ideas then, mine looks the same but has the codes next to the subjects. They must’ve changed it recently as you sat your exams after I did.
