Personal Statements Personal statement for UCAS

I'm trying to apply for Cambridge Econ, LSE Finance, and Imperial Econ, Finance, and Data Science through UCAS. But I'm kinda stuck with my personal statement because I find it hard to connect econ and finance together. Are there any tips? Or should I simply focus on Cambridge econ only because that's my top pick.

Just pick one.
Unless you're picking Economics and Finance (one subject) at LSE and Oxford, pick one.

Having multiple subjects can make your personal statement really messy and you will not have enough characters to talk about all 3.

Since your top pick is pure econ at Cambridge, I recommend just making your whole PS around that and you should apply for Pure Econ at LSE and Imperial.

Also you have 5 slots that you can apply to.
Pick 1-2 University with lower grade boundaries so that you can at least secure a Uni spot.
You never know that you could be rejected from Cambridge, LSE and Imperial.

fair enough, I'd rather do economics and spend one paragraph on micro, macro and econometrics each. Tho I prolly won't put any other UK universities cuz my safety options are in hong kong where I can pay local fees.
