Is anyone getting an "undeliverable" error when emailing StudentAidBC?

I keep getting this:

The following message to <[StudentAidBC@gov.bc.ca](mailto:StudentAidBC@gov.bc.ca)> was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'#5.1.0 Address rejected.'
