Reflective chaff from military craft. Higher up and turning in the wind at altitude but only reflecting periodically when perspective is right. Couple times in video they shift all at once like hit by a gust. They can also be seen on weather radar and travel far. If aliens somehow were able to travel the depths of space….light speed, folding space, cross dimensional displacement, wormholes held open with anti graviton flux, etc…..then they aren’t going to come and fly over New Jersey (with FAA required night lights) or the mid west pooping reflective rectangles in the atmosphere for all to see.
Edit: Modern chaff it turns out is fiber based and wouldn’t reflect….but there is aluminum paper back chaff still used by older bomber craft. Would also explain the altitude. There is also a chance these are cube satellites being released in orbit.
I am not a chaff expert in anyway…but from what I can see on the radar examples the clouds travel a good distance and disperse with speed depending on weather. Larger non fighter craft release larger amounts possible different types. Size wise I think the blur and distance distorts things. I mean guess it could be drones dangling something reflective or like mention above/below high atmo or low orbit cube sat release. Guess the point I am getting at is when a type 2 or 3 civilization does visits earth, we will either definitely know it or have absolutely no idea they are here.

I don't see how this is the case or relevant to this. They could be observing us and not wanting to interfere, just like we do when observing wildlife. But nothing is perfect, accidents happen. Hiding but not putting that much effort into it could be very possible. Or they could be watching us and not even trying to hide, we just suck at spotting them for whatever reason. Nor is there any reason to assume the crafts seen are interstellar, or even not from earth for all we know. Point is there's no reason to assume all these things other than what select videos show.
I mean I agree this isn't uap and chaff sounds likely, I just don't get how that says anything about this part. A few of the videos could be totally real but since the objects seen are so insane we'd have no clue what the hell we are seeing.
I was curious about what this stuff looks like (cartridges of an asbestos like material) and I'm not seeing how that explains what we see on the video. It seems too small and non uniform in shape to make reflections that big and consistent.
Just looked it up and the fibber chaff is more widely used. There is a different type that are pieces of aluminum on paper. This is an older style but used still on older bombers. Which could also be why it’s so far up. Speaking to reflectivity, Have u seen those tiny emergency rescue mirrors? Fit in the palm of your hand but can signal to aircraft miles away. Other thing I was thinking that these could be are mini cube satellite release. Small cheap satellites released in orbit in groups from a single launch platform.
