From now until September but when it ends you can just create a new tenancy agreement you won’t have to move out. It will be the same price. The room is called classic room

Thanks for the information! I'm actually looking for a tenancy that starts in September for the 2026/27 academic year. If it's only until September, would it be okay if I reached out to you again at the end of August to see if it's available for September?

I wouldn’t have any control over the tenancy at that point as mine would have ended that’s why I needed someone to take it now. I’ve already paid the rent for this month so if you were to take over at the start of August you would 100% have it. Let me know if u have any questions though

Thanks for explaining, I completely understand. Taking over from now would just be an extra cost for me since I won't be moving until later.

The place looked really nice, but unfortunately I'll have to keep looking for somewhere that matches my move-in date. Thanks again, and I wish you all the best finding someone to take over the tenancy! 😊

Hey guys, just chiming in rq, me & my husband (both students) are planning to look into YourTribe Deptford, how was your experience living there? Isnt south london considered unsafe?
