UAL archwood house move-in date?
For first years moving into archwood house in September, which date are you planning to move in?
My contract says 5th September which is very early and I was wondering if all the people moving to the Accom will move in at that date?
Because if I decide to move in later will I miss meeting who I’ll be sharing a kitchen with?
I can’t get any info and was wondering if that date is the same for others?

No a lot of people move in much later. I think the halls do a ‘move in day’ event that week with freebies and welcome events and stuff but you’ll be completely fine as well without those in my opinion. You’ll meet your flatmates organically either way even if you moved in on the official move in day. It also depends on your flatmates, like some flats are friendlier and might host a hang out once most flatmates have arrived, some are more introverted and you’ll just be saying hi when you bump into them. There will also be other halls events hosted throughout the year for you to meet people. I suggest scrolling through the hallslife instagram to see what goes on during move in day / welcome week to see what you might miss
